Mahesh Edible Oil Industries was constituted on the 30th June 1990 as a Partnership Firm to carry on the business of manufacturing and sale of mustard oil and mustard cake. There was a change in the constitution of the firm on 01.04.98 due to induction of youngest brother Sh. Mahesh Kumar as a partner. The firm set up its manufacturing unit in the first year of its operations and started marketing its products under the brand name SALONI.On 31.03.2000 the Firm was converted in to a Company Limited by Shares under the name and style of Mahesh Edible Oil Industries Ltd. Under Part IX of the Companies Act, 1956 and the business carried on as a partnership firm is henceforth being carried on as a Limited Company w.e.f.01.04.2000.Mahesh Edible Oil Industries Limited is a leading Indian Integrated edible oil company with a large base of ever growing consumers. Our aim is to provide our customers with superior service and products, which stems from our dedication to quality assurance.
