Job title: Loan Processor-mortgage
Location: Bengaluru
Shift timing: 6:30 Pm 3:30 AM
2 round interview face to face
need 6 month to 1 year years experience
4 Lakhs Package with Cab facility pick up & drop

Looking for candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience who can join immediately, within 15 days, or are currently serving a notice period of up to 30 days
Knowledge on Loan, accounting and other financial aspects
Good communication
Responsible to process mortgage loan including the activities like Opening the file; Ordering documentation; Prequalifying applicant; Preparing disclosure statements; Submitting loan for approval.
Review the documents received and perform relevant due diligence before performing bau activities.
Interpret and understand compliance documents and perform due diligence to comply with standard operation procedures.
Frequently follow up with the Credit on the missing documents.
Manage the exceptions and one-off transactions and follow the escalation metrics. Escalate on time when required.
Meet & exceed the turn around time and accuracy rate as per the specified target. Have an eye for details.
