Executive / Senior Loan Processor Australian Mortgages

We are looking for a Senior Loan Processor with proven experience in the Australian mortgage broking ecosystem . The role involves managing loan files end-to-end, coordinating with brokers, lenders, and aggregators, and ensuring smooth progression from application to settlement. Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end processing of home loan files from submission to settlement
• Preparation and verification of loan documentation
• Liaison with:
  
  
  • Mortgage brokers
  • Lenders
  • Aggregators
  • Valuers and solicitors (as required)
• Ensure compliance with Australian lending and documentation standards
• Track loan milestones and follow up proactively
• Maintain accurate CRM and loan tracking records
• Support brokers with pipeline management and status updates
• Ensure SLA adherence and turnaround timelines

Technical & Professional Requirements

• Strong understanding of Australian mortgage products and workflows
• Experience with broker CRMs and platforms such as:
  
  
  • ApplyOnline
  • Mercury
  • Flex
  • Salestrekker (preferred)
• Familiarity with major Australian lenders and aggregators
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Clear and professional communication skills

Preferred Profile

• Prior experience working with Australian mortgage broking firms
• Ability to handle multiple loan files simultaneously
• Experience in offshore or back-office mortgage processing teams

What This Role Is Not

• Not a junior processor role
• Not limited to document collection only
• Requires ownership of outcomes, not task execution alone
