Lion Engineering Consultants (LEC) is a fast growing Engineering & Management consultancy firm providing entire range of solutions of technical & Project Management Consultancy in the area of infrastructure development works right from conceptualization to Project Commissioning. Incorporated in Nov; 2002, LEC has achieved annual turnover in last three years of Rs 190.48 million (2009-10), 133.95 million (2008-09) & Rs. 139.46 million (2007-08). A dedicated work force of 625 members working through 34 offices across India have completed 56 projects of Govt. Clientele & are presently working on varied projects of different sectors.
Our areas of specialization are Highways & Bridges, Traffic & Transportation, Railways, Buildings, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental & Social planning, Institutional Development including training. Our services mainly include Techno-Economic feasibility studies, Survey & investigations, Detailed project report preparations, detailed engineering design, Project management Consultancy, Construction Supervision, Third party inspections of works, material testing in labs, Technical audit etc. LEC was among the first firms of India to have completed the assignment exclusively of Road Safety Consultancy for 120 Kms Highway length (Lebad to Jaora in MP) under Client MPRDC for period of 25 months. LEC has also Road Safety cum Incident management assignment in many projects of NHAI.
Also beside Conventional DPR preparation for road, LEC has completed the assignment of Detailed Techno Economic Feasibility Study, preparation of DPR including Land Acquisition Plans of 24 nos. Border Check Posts in state of M.P. This assignment included preparation & submission of Master Plan & Land Acquisition Plan of 850 Acres of land, Architectural planning, cost estimation, & detailing of technical specification of building of 2.78 lac sq. mt. built up area & land scaping of 128 Acres of land. Detailing outline performance specifications for the technology system required for Integrated check post of data collection, data energy/ capturing, data storage, data transfer, retrieved network system. Detailing out technical specifications for cargo scanners, electronic weigh bridges, reporting system requirements of different departments of Transport Department, Commercial Tax Department, Police & Excise Department.
