Responsibilities :
- Provide Level 2 support for Windows servers, desktops, and networked systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from L1 support, such as server crashes, login problems, and system slowdowns.
- Perform patch management, system updates, and security configurations on Windows systems.
- Manage Active Directory (AD) user accounts, group policies, and security settings.
- Ensure system backups, restores, and disaster recovery protocols are executed properly.
- Monitor system performance and optimize system configurations for better performance.
- Collaborate with L1 and L3 support teams for complex issues or escalations.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and incident management.
- Install, configure, and manage antivirus software on all servers and workstations.
- Monitor and respond to antivirus alerts, perform scans, and address potential threats.
- Ensure antivirus definitions are up to date and troubleshoot any issues related to antivirus software.
- Provide support for basic Linux operations, such as handling file systems, user management, and system updates.
- Monitor Linux-based servers and troubleshoot simple issues.
- Monitor the client application in the Linux server. Pacth update in the application and end of the day activity.
