Legal Officer

• Handling all legal matters of the Company, including drafting and vetting of various agreements. Working on DocuSign platform.
• Oversight of Intellectual Property Rights operations. Lead the application and renewal process for trademarks, regularly monitor trademark status through Trade Mark Search, Prepare Search reports, and liaise with Lawyers for legal cases and routine legal matters related to Intellectual Property Rights.
• Management of various secretarial matters, including banking operations. Handle secretarial duties such as banking operations, drafting resolutions for various transactions, and preparing MIS presentations.
