Required Skills:

• Strong trainer with excellent communication, coaching, and persuasion skills in a tele-sales environment
• Skilled in objection handling, closing techniques, and improving sales performance
• Experienced in high-ticket or membership-based sales with a customer-centric approach
• Energetic and target-driven professional with strong analytical and motivational abilities

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 25 years of experience in tele calling, preferably in call centre training / BPO / hospitality / vacation ownership / timeshare industry
• Must know Tamil and Malayalam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for tele callers.
• Train team members on sales pitch, objection handling, and closing techniques
• Develop and refine sales scripts, call flows, and pitch strategies specific to vacation ownership products
• Monitor live and recorded calls to ensure quality, compliance, and conversion effectiveness
• Train the team on explaining membership benefits, packages, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
• Identify performance gaps and conduct refresher and advanced sales training sessions
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align training with campaigns and promotions
• Track training effectiveness through KPIs such as conversion rate, call quality, and revenue contribution.
