Lead Web Application Developer

As a Senior Web Application Developer or Lead Web Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications that meet our clients needs. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure the scalability, performance, and security of our applications.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React.js, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong experience with server-side programming languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of web security best practices and experience implementing security measures.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
• Prior experience in a leadership role and proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
