Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced AI Product Owner with a strong background in Product Management to lead the development and integration of AI solutions within our digital programs in the insurance industry
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the end-to-end AI ecosystem, hands-on experience in writing AI requirements, and a proven track record of managing product journeys in large-scale digital initiatives
Experience in bancassurance and regional APAC markets will be considered a significant advantage

Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality AI products
- Write clear and concise AI requirements and user stories that guide the development process
- Oversee the integration of AI solutions into existing systems and workflows, ensuring seamless functionality
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features and enhancements
- Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of product goals
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong Product Management knowledge with a focus on AI products
- Hands-on experience as an AI Product Owner
- In-depth understanding of the end-to-end AI ecosystem
- Proven ability to write AI requirements and user stories
- Experience with AI integrations in large digital programs
- Strong understanding of product journeys in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication skills in English
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in bancassurance
- Regional experience in the APAC market
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field; a Masters degree is a plus
- 10-15 years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI and digital solutions
- Proven track record of successful product launches and management in the insurance sector
