Lead - Non Core Applications - SBIG - Thane

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end management of Non-Core Applications: Oracle Financials, Digi Procure S2P, M-Fund, Darwinbox, LegaDox, Econcile, and E-Compliance.
• Ensure system availability, performance, user access control, and compliance with IT policies.
• Manage upgrades, integrations, UAT, and production deployments across Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement & Compliance systems.
• Deliver major projects including Oracle Financials upgrade, TCS Banca integration, Marine system integration, and LegaDox implementation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and process improvements.
• Drive automation, streamline workflows, and support audit and compliance requirements.
• Provide user training, documentation, and change management support.

• Oracle Financials (AP/AR), 12.2.12 & 19C upgrade knowledge
• Procurement systems (S2P), HRMS (Darwinbox)
• Contract management (LegaDox), Reconciliation (Econcile), Compliance systems
• Integration management (APIs/Webservices)
• SQL (Basic), Data analysis
• Application support & UAT coordination

Note: General Insurance/NBFC experience preferred.
