Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot 3+, Microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, SQL, and cloud-native application development. You will lead a team of developers, drive technical decisions, ensure coding standards, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
