Java Lead Developer

We are looking for a skilled Java Lead Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience in Java development, Spring boot, and AWS. The position is based in PAN India.

Roles and Responsibility

• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications using Java and Spring boot.
• Lead a team of developers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for software applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Mentor junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Java programming language and its ecosystem.
• Experience with Spring boot framework and AWS cloud platform.
