Lead Data Analyst

Experience level : 8 - 10 years

• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights  Data concepts including data unification, matching rules, deduplication, segmentation, and measures.
  • Knowledge of Dataverse and customer data structures in Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Customer Service.
  • Ability to analyze customer datasets, identify data quality issues, and validate data consistency.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data validation, investigation, and issue resolution.
  • Experience in documenting business rules, data definitions, and usage patterns.
  • Awareness of Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and enterprise data ecosystems.
  • Experience working across teams including product, analytics, and business stakeholders.
  

Additional Skills (Added Advantage)
"• Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales / Customer Service modules.
• Exposure to Power Platform and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and CRM ecosystems.
• Understanding of B2B customer data models (accounts, contacts, personas).
• Basic exposure to Python or automation tools for data analysis."
