Visualize findings through charts, dashboards, or reports.
Communicate insights to stakeholders to support decision-making.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows using Databricks.
Integrate AI capabilities into business applications using APIs or custom/OOTB solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across platforms.
Qualifications & Experience.
8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python or R, Power BI.
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Experience with predictive analytics, statistical modeling, statistics, critical thinking, problem-solving.
Strong experience with Databricks, Copilot.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
Ability to create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Experience with LLMs or generative AI.
Good to Have.
Experience in a leadership or cross-functional analytics role Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and big data tools.
Specialized knowledge in engine-focused R&D, engineering, and manufacturing domains.
Certifications in Databricks, cloud platforms, or data engineering.
Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
