L2 Infrastructure & Patch Management Engineer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Patch Management Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in vulnerability management, operating system patching, and server administration. The candidate should have hands-on experience managing Windows and Linux environments while ensuring systems remain secure and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform operating system patch management for Windows and Linux servers.
• Deploy and manage patches using Ivanti.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments using Qualys and coordinate remediation activities.
• Monitor patch compliance and ensure timely remediation of vulnerabilities.
• Manage and maintain Amazon Linux 2023 and Ubuntu servers.
• Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams for patch deployment and maintenance windows.
• Support secure file transfer infrastructure using Kiteworks FTP solution.
• Prepare patch compliance reports and maintain documentation.
• Troubleshoot patch failures and resolve deployment issues.

Key Skills Required:

• 2-3 years of experience in Windows and Linux administration.
• Hands-on experience with Ivanti Patch Management.
• Experience with Qualys Vulnerability Management.
• Knowledge of Amazon Linux 2023 and Ubuntu administration.
• Basic understanding of server backup solutions (Commvault).
• Exposure to secure file transfer solutions such as Kiteworks.
• Understanding of vulnerability remediation and security best practices.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
