Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generate leads through field sales activities, cold calling, and networking to drive business growth.
- Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify new opportunities and develop strategies for expansion into new markets or product lines.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and market trends.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry as a Sales Executive or similar role.
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers over phone calls.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets and deadlines.
