A key player in the timely delivery of the ITO projects that meet customer needs and support global IT Operations strategies and initiatives. Will be responsible for all IT related decisions, and IT infrastructure solutions. The Manager role is responsible for coordinating the activities of ITO teams, other service departments, and external parties such as infrastructure components suppliers to deliver assigned projects on time, within budget and meeting appropriate levels of quality.
