Junior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel Biomedical Engineering students on training programs and career opportunities.
• Generate leads through calls, social media, referrals, colleges, and events.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Conduct presentations and explain course features, benefits, and fees.
• Maintain student data and update CRM/MIS regularly.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the training and operations teams for a smooth admission process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Biomedical Engineering/B.Sc. Biomedical Engineering/Any Graduate).
• 13 years of experience in education, training, or academic sales.
• Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Preferred Candidates:

• B.Tech Biomedical Engineering or B.Sc. Biomedical Engineering graduates with an interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
