Job Title: Associate Proposal Analyst / Junior Proposal Analyst

Working Hours: US Shifts (6 PM to 3 AM IST)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Associate Proposal Analyst / Junior Proposal Analyst with 1 to 5 years of experience supporting U.S. Government proposals. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of the proposal development process and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced proposal environment.

This role will support the preparation and submission of responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs while working closely with proposal managers and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of responses to U.S. Government RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
• Review solicitation documents and assist with compliance requirements.
• Prepare proposal templates, forms, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect proposal inputs.
• Assist with formatting, editing, proofreading, and assembling proposal documents.
• Maintain content of the proposal, resumes, and past performance information.
• Support proposal submissions and other proposal-related activities.
• Take on additional proposal, capture or business development tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 to 5 years of experience supporting U.S. Government proposals.
• Basic understanding of RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and responsibilities.
• Experience supporting State or Federal Government proposals is preferred.
