Job Description
We are looking for motivated B.Sc. Chemistry freshers to join our Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) production team. As a Junior Production Officer, you will be on the front lines of manufacturing life-saving drug components, ensuring that every batch meets stringent quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Batch Manufacturing: Assist in the execution of production stages according to the Batch Production and Control Record (BPCR).

Equipment Handling: Operate and monitor plant equipment such as Reactors, Centrifuges, Nutsche Filters, Dryers (VTD/RCVD), and Shifters.

Charging & Discharging: Perform the safe charging of raw materials into reactors and the unloading of finished intermediate or final products.
Process Monitoring: Maintain precise control over reaction parameters, including:

Temperature and Pressure regulation.

pH monitoring.

Flow rates and distillation cycles.

Documentation: Maintain real-time, accurate entries in BMR/BPC and other logs to comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) .

Housekeeping & Safety: Ensure the shop floor remains clean (5S) and strictly adhere to Safety protocols, including the use of PPE.

Chemical Knowledge: Solid understanding of organic chemistry reactions, molarity, normality, and solvent properties.

Safety Awareness: Basic knowledge of handling hazardous chemicals, acids, and solvents.

Quality Mindset: An understanding of what "Cleanliness" and "Precision" mean in a pharma context.

Physical Stamina: Ability to work in a plant environment which may involve standing for long periods and handling material containers.

Qualification: B.Sc. in Chemistry.

Year of Passing: 2023-2026.

Attributes: Quick learner, disciplined, and comfortable working in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
