My mission is to provide hands-on and personalized accounting support to CPA firms and international middle-market companies domiciled in Germany, the German-speaking cantons of Switzerland, and their subsidiaries in the U.S. and U.K. I am excited to bring my energy and professional expertise to support as contractor, freelancer, or interim manager. • Interim Audit Manager on financial statement audits, reviews, and other (transaction-related) assurance services under IFRS, U.S. GAAP, Swiss Code of Obligation, and German Commercial Code • Interim Transaction Accounting Consultant to support on selected projects such financial statement preparation, GAAP conversion, financial due diligence, transaction accounting advisory • Interim Management during special circumstances (e.g., M&A transaction, IPO, funding round, restructuring, audit, etc.) • Interim Financial Reporting Manager to manage financial closing procedures, support C-suite managers with compliance, management accounting, and controlling tasks
