Job Description
>Roles & Responsibilities
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and status reports
- Supervise project procurement processes and ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with field personnel to resolve on-site project issues
- Gather and document project requirements, relay them to the development team
- Manage the software development lifecycle and ensure timely completion
- Support technical services, system development, and program teams
Preferred Skills
- Strong coordination and communication skills with development teams
- Understanding of business process management and general system workflows
- Knowledge of preparing BRS (Business Requirement Specification) & SRS (Software Requirement Specification) documents
- Proficient in verbal and written communication (Hindi/English)
- Qualification: B.E-IT / B.Tech-CS / M.C.A
- Freshers are eligible to apply
- Experience in Cloud ERP-based software is a plus
