Jewelry Retail Sales Manager

• We are seeking a highly presentable, articulate, and customer-centric Retail Sales Manager for our designer fine jewelry retail stores in South Delhi and Gurgaon.
• The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in luxury retail sales and high-end jewelry retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring premium presentation and luxury standards.
• Drive sales targets by delivering exceptional personal service and building long-term client relationships.
• Educate clients on fine jewelry craftsmanship, gemstones, and unique designer collections.
• Manage showroom inventory, billing, and boutique visual merchandising.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in fine jewelry or luxury retail showroom sales.
• Fluent in verbal and written English with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Soft-spoken, well-groomed, polite, and professional demeanor.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
