Java Technical Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and efficient Java-based microservices architecture for large-scale applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical designs using LLD (Low Level Design) principles.
• Implement high-level design concepts using Spring Boot framework, ensuring seamless integration with AWS services such as Kafka and React.JS frontend.
• Lead the development team in implementing complex features by providing guidance on coding standards, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.

Job Requirements :

• 7-10 years of experience in software development with expertise in Java programming language.
• Strong understanding of architectural design patterns, multithreading concepts, and retrieval augmented generation algorithms.
• Experience working with SQL databases and generating reports using various tools like Kafka.
