Technical Lead - Java Fullstack

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in both backend and

frontend development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable applications using

modern Java technologies and developing responsive user interfaces. This role involves working with

microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and modern frontend frameworks to deliver high-quality

enterprise applications. The candidate should have strong experience in Java development, Spring

Boot frameworks, Angular, and database management, along with the ability to collaborate with

cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions.

This is a full-time, remote-based role with office base locations in Canada / USA / India (Bangalore /

Chennai).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and modern frontend

technologies.

• Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.
• Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular, HTML, and CSS.
• Work with databases such as Postgres SQL, Oracle databases.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical

solutions.

• Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Ensure applications meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 812 years of experience in Java development.
• Hands-on experience with Java 8 / 11 / 17.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot 3.0 and Spring Framework.
• Experience in RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
• Experience working with Postgres SQL, Oracle databases.
• Strong frontend development experience using Angular 8+, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerized applications.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
