Java Technical Lead

We are looking for a Java Tech Lead to join our team in Hyderabad.

**Shift Timing:** 2 PM - 10:30 PM

**Notice:- Immediate to 90 Days
**Role Overview:**
The ideal candidate will be a Java Tech Analyst with PL/SQL expertise, responsible for:
- Designing and reviewing technical documentation
- Developing, unit testing, and supporting solutions
- Assessing changes and requirements while providing effort estimations
- Coordinating and collaborating with different teams
- Providing support and on-the-job training to less experienced team members
- Interacting with clients and onsite counterparts
- Leading project and team members
- Researching and evaluating alternative solutions, recommending efficient and cost-effective system design solutions
- Keeping abreast of the latest technologies

**Required Skills:**
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java and J2EE framework
- Strong working experience on Linux platform and Web Logic
- Strong knowledge of GT Exchange (Bottom-line product) and SWIFT messages
- Strong development skills in SQL/PLSQL
- Proficiency in jQuery, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, and Ajax
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter capable of working independently
- Excellent analytical and debugging skills
- Experience working in Agile methodologies
