Responsibilities
- Design and Development : Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
- Frontend Development : Implement responsive UI components using JSP, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
- Database Management : Design and optimize database schemas, and develop efficient queries for MongoDB.
- Code Quality : Ensure high-quality code by writing unit and integration tests, and performing code reviews.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver features and enhancements.
- Performance Optimization : Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues in web applications.
- Documentation : Maintain thorough documentation of application design and codebase.
- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously improve skills and methodologies.
Requirements
- Experience :
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack development.
- Proficient in Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with RESTful API design and development.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Frontend Skills :
- Strong experience with JSP, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
- Database Skills :
- Extensive experience with MongoDB, including schema design and query optimization.
- Knowledge of SQL databases is a plus.
- Additional Skills :
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications : Relevant certifications in Java, Spring Boot, or frontend technologies.
- Experience : Experience in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
