Job Description
- Lead a team of Java developers in the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based applications and software.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Oversee and coordinate the analysis of user requirements to define business objectives.

- Identify, resolve, and document technical issues.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Java/spring/typescript / React
- Extensive proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Excellent debugging, communication, and verbal skills.
- Experience with RESTful interfaces, SQL, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate in a team environment
