Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Java Developer / Java Technical Lead to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Core Java (Java 8+), Spring Boot, Microservices, Oracle, and SQL, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable backend applications using Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement Microservices and REST APIs.
• Work with Oracle databases and optimize SQL queries.
• Collaborate with architects to design technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and deliver user stories.
• Perform code reviews and ensure coding best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Work with cross-functional teams and interact with clients to understand business requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Core Java development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java 8+, OOPS, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Database and SQL.
• Experience in REST API development.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience in design reviews, code reviews, and technical leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
