Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with 10+ years of strong software development experience. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Java backend technologies, scalable application development, and experience working with stable, long-term organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java.
- Develop robust and high-performance REST APIs and microservices.
- Work with databases, application integrations, and backend architecture.
- Participate in design, coding, code reviews, testing, and production support.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and improve application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide junior developers.
- Follow clean coding, security, and software development best practices.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
- Good understanding of Microservices architecture.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Strong knowledge of OOP, design patterns, data structures, and multithreading.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile development practices.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Candidate Profile
- Candidates with 3+ years of stability in previous organizations preferred.
- Strong preference for candidates with a consistent career history, such as 3 years+ tenure in multiple organizations.
- Candidates should demonstrate good technical ownership and long-term commitment.
Compensation
Up to 31 LPA, depending on experience, technical skills, and interview performance.
Preferred Background
Candidates from established/stable organizations with strong experience in Java backend development and a proven record of long-term employment are preferred.
