• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the software industry
  
• Have solid understanding of Agile Methodology and terminologies
  
• Detailed oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills
  
• Java 8;
  
• Spring: Core, MVC, Security, Data, Boot,
  
• Microservices architecture understanding;
  
• Persistence frameworks: Hibernate, JPA;
  
• RDBS;
  
• Messaging: ActiveMQ / JMS;
  
• Unit testing with JUnit and Mockito;
  
• CI/CD;
  
• Miscellaneous: Maven, Git.
  
• Passionate about all things web and microservices.
  
• Open to change
  
• Regularly sharing their learnings, fostering a collaborative atmosphere
  
• Able to step back and see the bigger picture.
  
• Customer centric constantly putting the customer first, enabling them to manage their finances simply and intuitively
