Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Develop enterprise applications using Java 8 and Java EE 8 standards.
• Implement microservices using Spring Boot 2.7.18.
• Design, implement and maintain components using EJB 3.2
• Build dynamic web content using JSP 2.3 and handle requests with Servlet 3.1
• Participate in architecture and design discussions, code reviews, and system design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting and implementing process and code improvements.
• Mentor junior developers and help shape development best practices.
