Job Description
We are looking for a skilled IT Support professional to join our team at Mysore International School. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and the ability to provide top-notch support to our students, teachers, and staff.
Roles and Responsibility
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, and other electronic devices.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and resolve technical issues related to email and communication platforms.
- Assist in setting up new employee accounts and providing training on using school's technology infrastructure.
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate technology into their lesson plans and enhance student learning outcomes.
- Develop and implement procedures for maintaining accurate records of IT incidents and resolutions.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of computer operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, teachers, and staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
