Job Description
Provide IT support across offices, plants, and remote locations.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and IT service issues. Manage IT asset, software, and license inventory.Provide weekly on-site IT support at the plant.Handle employee onboarding/offboarding, including access and equipment provisioning.Install, configure, and maintain secure, reliable servers. Improve and maintain IT systems, tools, and processes.
