1. LIMS support for Reporting team - preferred ITDose LIMS
2. Basic EPABX support & functioning
3. Knowledge of MS Office - working, installation & configuration
4. Basic knowledge of LAN and WAN
5. Documentation experience would be good, else training will be given
6. 1st level Computer Hardware & Software support, PCs/Laptops/Printers/Scanners and other peripheral devices.
