Job Summary:
We are looking for an IT Support Executive to provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems, hardware, software, and network services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop, laptop, hardware and software support.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, printer and network issues.
- Handle IT support tickets and resolve issues within SLA.
- Install and configure systems, software and IT peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, email access and basic Active Directory activities.
- Provide basic support for LAN, Wi-Fi and VPN connectivity.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory and documentation.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Coordinate with IT vendors for hardware/software-related issues.
- Follow IT security policies and maintain system updates.
