IT Specialist - Manhattan WMS - Contract Logistics

Role & responsibilities

• Manage Change Request implementation and solutions for APAC Contract Logistics applications in line with business objectives.
• Adhere to governance and standardization for Change Request implementation, processes and tools.
• Review and update Change Control Documentation (CCD) and participate in functional and technical workshops.
• Manage Change Request timelines, resources, cost and risks.
• Perform configuration, validation and integration testing and coordinate with onshore/offshore teams.
• Support test scenario preparation, UAT and key user training, where required.
• Coordinate production readiness, deployment, go-live and hypercare activities.
• Coordinate with Global Support and Integration teams for IT product improvements.
• Liaise with Contract Logistics Operations, Integration and other IT teams throughout the Change Request lifecycle.
• Provide weekly Change Request status updates to the Regional Program Manager.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-5 years of experience in WMS implementation/support, with at least 1 year of Manhattan WMS implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of Manhattan WMS and Contract Logistics processes.
• Experience managing Change Requests, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, go-live and hypercare.
• Strong coordination experience with business users, IT, integration, support and offshore/onshore teams.
• Good understanding of Logistics / Supply Chain; PMP certification is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
