Manage and maintain hotel IT infrastructure (servers, networks, systems)

Ensure smooth functioning of Property Management System (PMS), POS, and other hotel software

Handle network security, data backup, and system updates

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across departments

Support front office, FB, finance, and other teams with IT-related needs

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers

Implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices

Ensure compliance with data security and company standards

Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades
