IT Engineer

Job Description

• Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewall infrastructures.

• Configure and manage routers, switches, wireless access points, and network security tools.

• Monitor network performance and resolve issues related to connectivity, latency, or bandwidth.

• Ensure robust network security via firewalls, antivirus, and patch management.

• Install, configure, and manage Windows/Linux servers and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).

• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user accounts.

• Monitor system health, backups, and perform server upgrades, patching, and hardening.

• Manage file servers, print servers, and email systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
