Interior Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct detailed technical site surveys including measurements, wiring layouts, ceiling details

and site readiness.

• Own complete project execution after order confirmation.
• Prepare and coordinate wiring layouts, lighting placement drawings and automation layouts.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, electricians and installation teams.
• Monitor execution quality, timelines and compliance with drawings.
• Supervise lighting installation, smart automation installation, programming, testing and

commissioning.

• Resolve technical issues proactively and ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct final inspections, system demonstrations, documentation and client handover while

maintaining the highest quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Ideal Candidate:

• Interior Designer or Project Execution professional with strong residential site execution

experience.

• 3-6 years of experience in Lighting, Interior Fit-outs, Interior Design, Smart Home Automation or

Luxury Residential Projects.

• Strong understanding of electrical wiring, lighting layouts and execution planning.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination, documentation and project management skills.
• Confident personality with the ability to independently drive multiple projects.
• Comfortable travelling across Mumbai project sites.
