KRA -

• Manage end-to-end execution of interior installation projects.
• Coordinate with customers, designers, vendors, factory teams, and installation teams.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules to ensure on-time completion.
• Conduct site visits to assess readiness and resolve execution challenges.
• Allocate manpower and resources efficiently across projects.
• Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to management and customers.
• Maintain project documentation and closure reports.
• Ensure timely updates in CRM, IMS, or other project management systems.
• Coordinate with procurement and vendors for material availability.
• Address customer concerns and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during installation.
• Conduct final inspections and obtain customer sign-off.
