Job Description
- - Make outbound sales and follow-up calls to prospective dealers, distributors, shooting academies, sports retailers, and customers across India.
- - Handle incoming customer enquiries regarding PCP airguns, accessories, pricing, availability, and product features.
- - Generate qualified leads and support the field sales/business development team in converting enquiries into orders.
- - Maintain regular follow-up with existing dealers and channel partners for repeat business and relationship management.
- - Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, order status, dispatch updates, payment reminders, and after-sales support.
- - Maintain customer database, call records, enquiry reports, and daily sales activity reports.
- - Support promotional campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and shooting event communications through tele-calling and digital communication.
- - Communicate professionally through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
- - Assist management in gathering market feedback, competitor information, and customer preferences.
- - Achieve assigned calling targets, lead conversion targets, and customer response timelines.
