Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to support our sales team by generating leads, connecting with potential customers, and scheduling product demos. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in sales, communication, and client handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product offerings
- Qualify leads based on interest and requirements
- Schedule product demos for the sales team
- Follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversions
- Maintain and update data in CRM regularly
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth demo execution
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi/Marathi preferred)
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
- Confident, proactive, and target-oriented approach
- Ability to handle calls and rejections positively
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
