Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or a related field, with excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade and build rapport over the phone.

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and book appointments.
• Follow up with clients to arrange consultations with dietitians.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue goals.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Regularly follow up with leads and existing customers to drive conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, feedback, and outcomes.

• At least 1 year's experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to persuade and build rapport over the phone.
• Organized and able to manage follow-ups, schedules, and sales pipelines.
• Strong goal-orientation and ability to work under targets.
