Inside Sales Executive // IT Sales

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social media to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively communicating product features, benefits, and pricing.

Job Requirements :

• 1-7 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of US market dynamics and ability to communicate effectively with American customers.
• Proven track record of success in international sales or US sales (B2B).
• Excellent cold calling skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls.
