Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage GST compliance for the organization, ensuring timely filing of returns and payment of taxes.
- Oversee service tax returns preparation and submission, including calculation of taxes owed.
- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions to maintain good accounting practices.
- Provide guidance on indirect taxation matters to internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- 3-12 years of experience in indirect taxation, preferably in a pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Strong knowledge of Goods and Service Tax (GST) laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in preparing GST returns (BAS) using software such as Xero or MYOB.
