ICFQ - International Council for Quality. The International Council for Quality (ICFQ) is a member organization dedicated to growing and improving standards within the Lean Six Sigma Community. ICFQ is an independent third-party certification association within the Lean Six Sigma Industry that does not provide training, mentoring, coaching, or consulting services. ICFQ facilitates and offers to test of centralized universal Lean Six Sigma certification standards within the Lean Six Sigma industry.
