Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Manage HVAC projects from initiation to completion.
  • Prepare project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and clients.

HVAC Design & Engineering

  • Review HVAC system designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Perform load calculations and equipment selection.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable HVAC standards and building codes.
  • Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and technical documentation.

Site Management

  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship.
  • Resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
  • Ensure proper documentation of project activities.

Client & Vendor Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for material procurement and delivery.
  • Attend project meetings and prepare progress reports.

Quality & Safety Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct quality checks during installation and commissioning.
  • Implement preventive measures to minimize project risks.

Testing & Commissioning

  • Perform system testing, balancing, and commissioning activities.
  • Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and system performance issues.
  • Ensure successful project handover and client satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 4-6 years of experience in HVAC project execution and site management.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in coordination with contractors, consultants, and clients.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and HVAC industry regulations.
