Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Project Engineer with hands-on experience in execution of VRF systems and allied HVAC projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with design & planning teams, and ensuring timely project completion as per approved drawings and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise VRF/VRV, ductable, and cassette AC system installations as per design and manufacturer specifications.
• Ensure all HVAC works are carried out according to approved drawings, BOQ, and project timelines.
• Review and interpret HVAC drawings, heat load calculations, AutoCAD layouts, and schematic diagrams.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and vendors for project progress and approvals.
• Handle site-level manpower planning, subcontractor management, and material tracking.
• Ensure adherence to QA/QC, safety norms, and technical standards during executions.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports, test certificates, and as-built documentation.
• Perform testing & commissioning of VRF systems, pressure testing, vacuuming, refrigerant charging, and performance verification.
• Coordinate with the design and purchase teams for material requisitions and site requirements.
• Monitor and verify ducting, piping, insulation, and electrical interconnections for HVAC systems.
  

Technical Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of VRF/VRV systems (preferably LG, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, Daikin, etc.)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic project scheduling tools.
• Understanding of heat load calculation, pressure balancing, and ventilation systems.
• Knowledge of refrigeration cycle, copper piping, and control wiring layouts.
• Familiarity with MEP coordination, chill water systems, and pressurization principles is an added advantage.
  

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 to 9 years of experience in HVAC project execution, preferably with system air-conditioning projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to handle teams and client interactions.
  

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working with leading OEMs or channel partners in HVAC domain.
• Exposure to VRF testing, commissioning, and service handover documentation.
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
