Job Description
HR Manager Role Auric Motors (Maruti Suzuki Dealership) - Jodhpur.
The HR Manager is responsible for managing the complete Human Resource function across dealership operations while ensuring compliance with Maruti Suzuki standards, company policies, and statutory requirements. The role supports business growth by recruiting, developing, engaging, and retaining a high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
- Ensure timely recruitment as per approved manpower budget.
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard employees.
- Maintain manpower as per MSIL norms across Sales, Service, Bodyshop, Parts, and Support functions.
- Reduce vacancy aging and improve hiring quality.
2. Onboarding & Induction
- Complete joining documentation and statutory compliance.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs.
- Ensure DMS and HRMS entries are completed on time.
- Coordinate department-wise induction plans.
3. Performance Management
- Implement KRA/KPI and performance appraisal processes.
- Track probation reviews and confirmations.
- Support department heads in performance improvement plans.
- Monitor productivity and employee performance.
4. Training & Development
- Coordinate MSIL training, certification, iLearn, and dealership training.
- Prepare monthly training calendars.
- Track certification percentages and learning compliance.
- Develop future leaders through coaching and succession planning.
5. Employee Engagement
- Conduct employee engagement activities.
- Organize Rewards & Recognition programs.
- Address employee grievances promptly.
- Improve employee satisfaction and retention.
6. HR Operations
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and overtime.
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
- Ensure timely HRMIS reporting.
- Conduct HR audits and compliance reviews.
7. Compliance & Statutory
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws.
- Manage PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Conduct HR compliance audits.
- Ensure adherence to MSIL and dealership SOPs.
8. Industrial Relations
- Maintain healthy employee relations.
- Resolve disciplinary issues.
- Conduct domestic enquiries when required.
- Promote a positive work culture.
9. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare monthly HR dashboards.
- Analyze recruitment, attrition, absenteeism, productivity, and training reports.
- Present HR MIS to management with actionable insights.

Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management.
- 58 years of HR experience, preferably in the automobile dealership industry.
- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
Reporting Structure
- Reports To: Group HR Head / Director / CEO
- Coordinates With: Dealer Principal, General Managers, Department Heads, MSIL Regional Teams, and all dealership employees.
